All main streets into Yeovil have been suffering from flooding water, police have warned.
Officers are advising against travel charger for ipad (visit the following website page) to and from the Somerset area until crucial.They claimed the A359 and A37 were dense and people ignoring road closure signs were getting stuck.
Thousands of miles of the Somerset Levels will also be entirely submerged and the Surroundings Agency has brought in pumps from around the state.
Newton Route in Yeovil was said to be under 2ft (0.6m) of water. Authorities said there were now no alternative routes into the area.
The street through Woolverton was also suffering from flooding as was Charlton Mackrell, Wallbridge in Frome, and the A356 at Chiselborough.
Of the Somerset Levels, John Florey from the Environment Agency, said they may not start working out water before pond levels dropped.
"The issue is, since the waters are so full, they're in the same-level since the water that is on the moors.
" So, if you're to start out
pumping into the stream all that happens is that water spills back onto the moors."
